‘Phronesis Holiday Club' is the trading name of Phronesis Booking Limited having its registered office at Shop 008 Cresta Corner Center Cnr Beyers Naude and, Pendoring Rd, Cresta, Randburg, 2194, and which is incorporated in South Africa with limited liability. Company registration number: 2016/366085/07.

The 'Client' is the person or persons who has/have made a confirmed booking with Phronesis Holiday Club Ltd.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the Terms and Conditions.

A booking is accepted by Phronesis Holiday Club, only when we , or our Booking Agents have either Received a Reservation Deposit Amount and confirmed your booking by email, All Reservation are done on Client Consent ,if your booking is made more than 60 days in advance of your Holiday departure or when we have received payment in full and confirmed your booking by email and if your booking is made less than 60 days before your Holiday departure. No tickets will be issued until full payment has been received.

On receipt of payment as detailed above, subject to availability and at our discretion, Phronesis Holiday Club will reserve the client a place on a trip on Client Consent. A contract is only made between the client and Phronesis Holiday Club upon the confirmation of your booking and our communication thereof to either you

The customer will recieve a receipt sent electronically via email as proof of payment. Phronesis Holiday Club will retain a copy for their records.

The price of your ticket does not cover your travel insurance.

Phronesis Holiday Club strongly recommends that the client purchases comprehensive travel insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal luggage, money and public liability before you travel. The client should ensure that any activities undertaken by the client during the Tour are covered by their insurance, in this regard, please note that certain activities may require specific insurance and it is a matter for the client to ascertain the position with their insurer before partaking in any activity. Phronesis Holiday Club reserves the right to refuse admission to a passenger unless the client has arranged appropriate insurance. Phronesis HolIDAY Club accepts no responsibility for loss or personal damage to personal belongings or liability for personal injury/death.

Cancellation of a client's booking must be notified in writing to Phronesis Holiday Club. Cancellation charges are calculated on the day when Phronesis Holiday Club receives written notification .

Once the Holiday has started, no refunds will be made under any circumstances for any unused sectors or sections.

If the Holiday is Not Fully Paid in Instalments and Invoice is Over-due for 9 Days or More Phronesis Holiday Club/Suppliers Reserves the right to cancel the Holiday with no Refund

If the reason for the client's cancellation is covered by the client's insurance policy, the client may be able to make a claim under that policy; this is entirely a matter between the client and their insurer.

The client may also incur cancellation fees in respect of any third party suppliers booked by the client in association with an Phronesis Holiday Club.

In the event of the customers cancelling their reservation for any reason, such cancellation must be made in writing and in such instances, cancellation charges will apply. Unless otherwise specified, cancellation penalties for international bookings are generally charged according to the Hotel

Domestic and regional game lodges and hotels - Each establishment has its own cancellation policy. The general rule however for cancellations prior to the arrival date is:

Should parties elect to check out early from the hotel for whatever reason (eg. early departure due to family crisis, change of hotel, unhappy experience) the onus is on the customer to state his circumstances / grievances to the general manager of the hotel prior to check out. Only the general manager has the ability to provide a refund to the customer for just cause. The Company will not be held liable for the payment of any refund as a result of an early check out. This agreement for a refund must be in writing.

Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request has been approved and all required documentation has been provided, we strive to process refunds within 04 - 06 weeks. However, please note that this is an estimated processing time, and actual processing times may vary depending on the nature of the refund request and the volume of requests received. We will make reasonable efforts to expedite the refund process whenever possible. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund and any further updates. Please ensure that you have provided accurate contact information to receive these notifications.

It is the full responsibility of the client to check the accuracy of the dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents.

Any increase in price will be notified to Phronesis Holiday Club Members, and on our website. Phronesis Holiday Club will endeavour to remove all out of date promotional material.

Phronesis Holiday Club reserves the right to reduce the price of any of our Holiday Packages. The final price applicable will be confirmed to the client before the client makes a booking.

Tickets can only be used by the client to whom the ticket was issued; no other person can use the ticket in any circumstances.

The client must observe the laws and regulations of the countries visited, including customs and foreign exchange restrictions. If the client does not, they may be asked to surrender their Booking Details, which may be cancelled without refund.

The client is responsible for all travel arrangements and costs to/from the point of commencement/conclusion of the Holiday.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have a valid passport and all visas, permits and certificates required for your selected Holiday, as well as any vaccinations and to comply with all applicable laws.

Clients must be aged 18 years and over but Phronesis Holiday Club may, at its absolute discretion, and in exceptional circumstances, give confirmation of acceptance of a person outside this age restriction, subject to the signing of a waiver on behalf of the client by a parent or guardian and any other conditions that Phronesis Holiday Club may deem appropriate

These terms and conditions are valid for all reservations made through from 2016

Updating of Terms and Conditions: Phronesis Holiday Club Limited reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these terms and conditions. The latest terms and conditions can be found on our website

Should the Consumer
  • Fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement; and/or

  • commit or allow any act that may endanger or prejudice the rights of the Company or

  • Fail to pay or Settle for a Holiday that was already Booked or

  • if Invoice Issued is Due for over 9 Days

Phronesis Holiday Club the Company will immediately be entitled to Cancel the Reservation and claim payment of the total amount, plus interest and costs payable by the Customer in terms of this agreement.
